Collect at our farm on Fridays 2pm-6pm or Saturdays 2pm-6pm. Order by 12 noon on Thursday for Friday collection & by 12 noon Friday for Sat collection.
Local delivery by our driver
We deliver with our own refrigerated van and driver on Saturdays to BT1-21, BT23, BT26-28. Order deadline for Saturday delivery is 12 noon on Friday.
Signature Required Courier delivery
We deliver throughout Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Great Britain with a signed for service - you need to be home
No signature required delivery
We also offer a No Signature Required delivery service to Northern Ireland and Great Britain - no need to be home

Steaks, chicken, mince, sausages & burgers are packed in plastic-free pouches made from plant-based material - biodegradable, compostable, marine friendly and plastic-free.
Biodegradable
Our standard parcel packaging is a biodegradable cardboard box lined with biodegradable sheeps' wool which is kept cool with biodegradable and recyclable ice packs.
Solar powered
Our farm, packing work space, butchery and prep rooms are powered by solar generated electricity which runs our fridges and freezers and powers our butchery equipment.

Anyone who enjoys a tasty pork sausage should try these for great flavour and texture. We’ve also used them to make meatballs for stew and to accompany delicious venison dishes. And the reason this pork has so much flavour? Because they’ve lived outside and had a life!
I found Pheasant Hill when searching for unaged meat due to issues with histamines. It’s been brilliant. Great quality products with no fuss delivery to my door. I now order all of my meat through them. Excellent.
This is the way chicken used to taste before 'woody' chicken started to become so common. Well worth paying a bit more (and maybe eating a bit less meat) but having a far better meal that you truly appreciate.
Happy with the mince, not too much fat, easy to cook
I love my unaged chicken from Pheasant Hill. I know I can trust that the birds are free of harmful chemicals and not captive. The taste and texture of the meat is much better than any supermarket chicken.
