Cooking method Cook like a steak. Heat a little oil until smoking in a hot pan. Sear burgers on both sides. Lower the heat and cook through until the juices run clear.  Alternatively, use a chef's probe - the burger is cooked when the probe reads 75 degrees C. 

Storage: Your meat will arrive frozen. We believe freezing is natures best way of being able to store delicious, wholesome food while cutting down on food waste. We freeze our meat at the perfect moment to capture the most intense flavour. We dry hang our meat on the bone to draw out any moisture so your meat is just as good from frozen as it would be fresh. This means you can simply take the amount you need and you never have to waste anything. To defrost the pack, just drop the unopened thick protective vacuum pack in cool water and it will thaw in about 30 minutes, making it very convenient to store and cook with plenty of flexibility. We recommend you store your meat in the freezer. Once defrosted we recommend you consume your products within 3 days.
