Free range pork

Our free range pigs and rare breed Tamworth pigs live every day of their lives in their family groups on our farm. They are reared 100% outdoors and forage in woodland and pasture.  These traditional Tamworth and Gloucestershire Old Spots breed pigs are grown slowly to reach natural maturity, spending the summer munching grass and windfall apples in the autumn.  The pork is hung for one to two weeks to develop deep flavour and has a fabulously crunchy crackling.
