Smoked hams

Our Pheasants Hill Farm free range rare breed dry cured ham is trimmed and boned. We use a low salt cure (50% less salt than other cures) so we do not recommend soaking overnight. These free range hams are smoked over real oak - so the smokiness is subtle and does not overpower the sublime taste of the Tamworth pork. Our Pheasants Hill Farm free range rare-breed hams hams are unique, and very special and stocks are truly limited.
